Product Details

Deliciously seasonally scented pine cone firelighters made with 100% soy wax. They are packaged in an eco-friendly cardboard box lined with tissue paper and will have your fire blazing in minutes. Boxes of 6 or 12 cones (or multiples thereof) are available. 

The Kindlecone is so beautiful that you won’t want to burn it!  This is the most efficient, unique, stylish and luxuriously scented natural firelighter.  The essential oil infused cones release the most delicious, warming fragrance.

The Kindlecone can be displayed on the mantelpiece or in a display bowl or log basket ready for use, and will infuse the room with floral, or warm spicy fragrance.

The Kindlecone is an all natural pine cone, set in soy wax infused with seasonal essential
oils and has a wick to light.  It is not a candle as the cone will ignite.  A kindlecone can be used to start any fire, whether in a stove, campfire, wood oven or open fireplace.  One cone will get your fire started – just light the wick and set amongst the kindling and your fire will be blazing in minutes. 

Handmade in Warwickshire the Kindlecone is a great idea to save you from buying chemical fire lighters and it is a whole lot better for your family’s health. 

It is important to note that these are firelighters, not candles!

Why Soy Wax

Soy candles have the following advantages compared to paraffin wax candles:

Soy wax is natural and environmentally friendly – By using the Kindlecone you are choosing to support the environment because soy wax is made from a renewable source, not petroleum.  Burning soy candles does not increase the CO2 level in the atmosphere.

Sustainable –  Soy is continually producable without damaging the ecosystem.

Wax spills are easy to clean – Soy wax spills can easily be cleaned with hot soapy water and it does not stain textiles.  This means that any wax drips will be easy to clean.

Soy candles produce less soot – Soot should be avoided because it is very unhealthy and can eventually coat furniture and walls.  Soy candles produce about 90% less soot than paraffin candles and are non-toxic which means that they are safer for your chimney or flue.  

Scented soy candles distribute more aroma – The lower melting point of soy wax results in a larger size liquid wax pool around the candle wick. It is from this liquid wax pool that the essential oils evaporate into the atmosphere.
